Getting Started

To initiate a return or exchange, simply reach out to us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. We aim to respond within one business day, providing full instructions on how to proceed.

Do not return any items without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

Eligibility for Returns

You can request a return or refund within 15 days of receiving your package. To be eligible:

• Items must be in their original, unused condition.

• Returns are accepted if:

  • You received the incorrect item, size, or color.

  • The product arrived damaged, defective, or significantly soiled.

Important Details:

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

• Original shipping charges and any promotional discounts are non-refundable.

• If we made an error (wrong or faulty item), we will cover all return shipping costs and arrange a replacement at no additional expense.

How to Return or Exchange Your Item

Here’s the step-by-step process:

1. Email us with your order number, the items you wish to return, and the reason for your return.

2. Wait for approval and return instructions before sending anything back.

3. After receiving authorization, ship the item(s) to the return address we provide.

4. After dispatching your return, please email us the following:

   • Your order number

   • A list of items returned

   • The name of the shipping carrier and the tracking number

   • Photos of:

     • The item(s) you’re returning

     • The original shipping label from your package

     • Your new return shipping label

     • The item's original barcode

Once your returned items are received and inspected, we will process your refund within five business days.

Refund Timing

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Depending on your financial institution, it may take 5 to 14 business days, and occasionally up to 30 days, for the refund to appear on your account statement.
